骏马计划B2岗研究员(正高级),博士生导师。2022年毕业于加拿大康考迪亚大学(Computer Engineering专业),获得工学博士学位(导师:Prof. Jun Cai)。2024年3月入职太阳成集团tyc33455cc,同时是加拿大Concordia University (康考迪亚大学) 智能网络与创新实验室 (NI2Lab)主要成员。
主要从事优化、激励机制设计、在线算法、机器学习以及将它们应用于无线网络中资源管理,尤其在联邦学习、边缘\雾计算、车联网\无人机系统、通导一体化、5G和未来通信系统中。

近年来在国际学术刊物IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing、IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications、IEEE Wireless Communication、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology,IEEE ICC、IEEE Globecom等国际顶级期刊和知名会议上第一/通信作者发表论文10余篇,发表书章节1部和无线网络领域个人专著1部,授权发明专利1项。目前担任IEEE TMC、IEEE TVT、IEEE IoT-J、IEEE Wireless Communications Magazine等多个期刊的审稿人。
